At Prix Revêre, we are committed to delivering your order efficiently and transparently. This shipping policy outlines our order processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations. All timeframes listed below are calculated in business days only. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within one to five business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are fulfilled through our sourcing and logistics partner, CJ. Processing begins once payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders placed with Priority Shipping receive priority processing. Priority processing places the order higher in the fulfillment queue and typically results in processing that is immediate to three business days. While priority processing significantly accelerates handling, same-day processing is not guaranteed.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
All delivery estimates begin after order processing is complete and are calculated in business days.
Standard Shipping is offered with an estimated delivery time of seven to twenty business days. Free shipping, when available, is automatically applied as Standard Shipping.
Express Shipping has an estimated delivery time of five to ten business days. Shipping costs for Express Shipping are calculated at checkout.
Priority Shipping has an estimated delivery time of under five business days. Priority Shipping includes priority processing in addition to expedited delivery. Shipping costs for Priority Shipping are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, customs clearance, weather conditions, and periods of high demand.
Shipping Coverage
Prix Revêre ships to most international destinations. If shipping is unavailable to a specific location, customers will be notified during checkout.
Tracking Information
Once an order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow twenty-four to seventy-two business hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Prix Revêre is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or any additional fees imposed by local customs authorities. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Delays and Exceptions
Although we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shopping seasons. Prix Revêre is not liable for shipping delays caused by external factors.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Prix Revêre is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to reshipping fees.
Lost or Missing Packages
If an order has not arrived within ten business days after the maximum estimated delivery timeframe, customers are encouraged to contact our support team.
