Return Policy

At Prix Revere, customer satisfaction is important to us. By placing an order with Prix Revere, you agree to the following refund, return, and exchange terms.

Delayed or Missing Orders: If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, U.S. orders may be eligible after 45 days from the shipment date and international orders after 60 days depending on destination. You may qualify for a refund or replacement if tracking shows no movement or updates, the package is marked lost or expired in transit, or non-delivery has been confirmed after contacting us. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control such as customs processing, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events are not considered the responsibility of Prix Revere, though we will assist with tracking and resolution.

Delivered Orders: Once an order is marked as delivered, refunds or replacements will not be issued for non-issue claims. Customers must contact Prix Revere within 7 days of delivery if there is a problem with the order.

Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact Prix Revere within 3 days of delivery for standard items and within 7 days for electronic items. Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging are required. After review, a replacement or refund may be offered depending on the situation. In certain cases, a return may be required.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If an item is defective, incorrect, missing parts, or not functioning as intended, customers must contact Prix Revere within 3 days of delivery for standard items and 7 days for electronic items. After review, a replacement or refund may be issued. For missing parts, a replacement part or item will be sent when applicable.

Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds or returns will not be accepted for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect item selection by the customer, incorrect shipping address provided, claims that differ from the product description at checkout, or minor variations in color, texture, or smell caused by manufacturing processes or screen differences.

Country and Shipping Limitations: Due to international shipping restrictions and logistics limitations, delivery to certain countries may be limited or un-trackable. Orders shipped to these locations may not qualify for delivery-related refunds once dispatched. Prix Revere will continue to assist with valid issues such as damage or defects when applicable.

 Returns: Returns are generally not required due to high international return costs and transit risks. If a return is approved, instructions will be provided directly by Prix Revere. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun. Customized or made-to-order items are final sale. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
